Delivery Information

There are 10 delivery slots every day.

12:30pm – 9:30pm

Advanced online orders are open 10 days before delivery date.

Delivery Modifications

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive the order. All order/delivery amendments must be done during office hours (Monday to Friday, between 9am to 6pm). Cut-off time for order/delivery amendments will be 24 hours before delivery date. Any amendments thereafter will not be entertained.

All orders will be delivered as per scheduled. If there is no one home to receive the orders, our drivers will leave the order at your doorstep.

Should any issues arise with delivery, our driver will attempt to contact you via the telephone number you have provided us with.

Self-Pick Up Hours:

12:30pm – 10:30pm

Report

Report of damaged item must be made within 12 hours of our delivery of the item.  Customer must check the delivered item upon receipt of delivery or immediately thereafter. Customer is deemed to accept and acknowledge receipt of the delivered item to be in good and proper order if no report of damage is made within 12 hours of our delivery of the item. 

Report of damaged item shall be made via email to suenoorders@gmail.comwith photograph or video of (i) the damaged item and (ii) receipt or proof of purchase.

Return 

Customer must return the damaged item to our store located at 888 Plaza, Woodland Drive 50, #01-753within 24 hours of our delivery of the item. No pick up of damaged item from customer’s place of residence, business or anywhere else will be made by us. Customer is deemed to waive his/her right to return the damaged item if the return is not made within 24 hours of our delivery of the item (notwithstanding that a report may have been made). 

Return of damaged item is subject to our acceptance, which shall include the damaged item being (i) in the same condition that customer receives it with the original packaging intact; (ii) unused and (iii) accompanied with original receipt or proof of purchase.

Replace or Refund

Replacement of the damaged item is subject to our inspection of the damaged item. No replacement or refund shall be made if the damage is caused by any mishandling, abuse or negligence of the customer. 

Only one-to-one exchange for the same item is allowed and customer may not request for a different item to replace the damaged item. Due to the nature of the product, it may not be possible to replace the damaged item with the same or exact replica or identical equivalent but we will endeavour to provide similar replacement product. 

Unless otherwise expressly specified herein, no cash refund will be made. We will replace the damaged item with a similar replacement product in good condition.  In the event that replacement is not possible due to lack of stock or similar product is otherwise not available, we reserve the right to effect a cash refund at our absolute discretion.
